About the Role Our client, a prestigious hospitality group, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a flagship property in the heart of Toronto, Ontario . This is a pivotal role requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence within high-end establishments. You will be instrumental in maintaining the hotel's reputation for world-class service and efficiency, ensuring all departments function seamlessly to exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of all facets of luxury hotel management, from front desk operations to F&B and housekeeping. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all hotel operational departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage departmental budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control without compromising service quality. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of hospitality professionals. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations. Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff. Collaborate with the General Manager and other senior leaders on strategic planning and business development. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in luxury hotel operations. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio). A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
