We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our team.
Position Summary
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic and operational partner to leaders and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day people initiatives. A significant component of this role will involve leading and supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across retail and corporate functions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
The successful candidate will bring a balanced approach to employee relations, talent acquisition, coaching, compliance, and organizational development within a high-touch luxury retail environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on HR support.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, customer-centric, or multi-site environments
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
• CHRP designation or working toward certification is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
• Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
