About this role

About the position Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) • Nursing diploma is acceptable • Possess effective communication skills with the ability to relate to individuals • Demonstrate empathy/concern & interest in providing care for home care clients • Demonstration of efficiency and a calm manner in providing nursing services • Ability to deal with clients in their homes and adapt to frequent changes • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) • Be physically fit and able to perform duties as outlined Nice-to-haves • 2 years related experience in community or geriatric nursing preferred Benefits • May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
