Top 3 Skills • Workday LMS • SAP Success Factors • Power BI Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related experience/certification • Experience administering and supporting an LMS (Workday Learning preferred) including role-based security and user support. • Strong reporting and data analysis skills; ability to interpret learning data (e.g. Microsoft Excel), investigate anomalies, and explain results to business stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with Power BI operations (refresh, publish, access management, troubleshooting) and working with multiple data sources. • Strong organizational skills to manage recurring operational cadence and competing ad-hoc requests; strong adaptability to shift workload and priories as operationally required. • Working knowledge of ticketing/intake processes (e.g., ServiceNow) and ability to document issues clearly for escalation. • Experience supporting audits. • Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop job aids/process documentation and deliver training/knowledge transfer.
