About this role

Join the DOSE Team: Back in 2013, we started pressing juice because we wanted something better: real ingredients, no junk, no weird stuff. Just honest, functional products made with care. What started as cold-pressed juices eventually became something much more focused: powerful wellness shots made with real ingredients and a bold ginger kick. Today, DOSE is known for making some of the most potent ginger shots in Canada, crafted with fresh organic ingredients and hand-harvested Peruvian ginger - no fillers, powders, or shortcuts. Our Core Values • Entrepreneurship • Feminism • Data-driven • Teamwork • Pursuit of Excellence We have built strong expertise, a distinctive brand, and a growing Canadian business — but we are just getting started. Our goal is to bring DOSE to even more consumers, grow the wellness shot category, and continue building one of Canada’s most exciting, better-for-you brands. We cannot do it alone, so we need you. You believe in the power of data to create a winning strategy and optimize budgets. You love a good sale, celebrate repeat business, and know how to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our partners. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Own and manage relationships with major national and regional grocery retailers across Canada, with a primary focus on produce departments • Prospect, pitch, and secure new accounts, driving distribution, velocity, and profitable growth. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand shelf presence, promotions, and category positioning • Build compelling, data-driven sales presentations using Nielsen and syndicated data to support category insights and business cases • Develop customer business plans, pricing strategies, and promotional recommendations aligned with DOSE’s growth objectives • Collaborate with distributors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, forecasting, inventory management, and customer service • Identify opportunities for innovation, merchandising, and in-store activation to drive trial and repeat purchase • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and market trends to inform account strategy • Represent DOSE with passion and professionalism in retail meetings, wholesale meetings, broker meetings, industry events, trade shows, and community events. • Act as a brand ambassador with retailers, consumers, and partners, bringing energy, credibility, and strong product knowledge to every interaction. • Develop sales forecasts and manage trade spend within budget to enable strong inventory management and financial responsibility. Qualifications • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset; equivalent CPG sales experience will be considered. • 5+ years of CPG sales experience, in the food or beverage industry • Experience calling on major national retailers in Canada; produce department experience is a strong asset • Proven success in securing new listings and growing existing accounts • Strong proficiency with Nielsen or similar data platforms to build fact-based selling stories • Strong analytical skills, business judgment, and selling skills (e.g., the art of the elevator pitch) • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is an asset. • Valid driver’s license and vehicle. • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, store visits, trade events, and internal meetings as required. Who You Are • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. • Solution-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable finding creative ways to win. • Energetic, outgoing, and confident in customer-facing environments. • Passionate about health, wellness, and better-for-you products. • A natural connector who builds trust and long-term partnerships. • Curious about consumer behavior and excited to test new sales tactics. • Competitive in the best way — motivated by growth, learning, and turning a “no” into a “yes.” • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a bit of fun along the way. Location • Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with regular travel as required • Remote-based role, with approximately 20% travel. Why join our team?
