D365 Product Lead

Product Lead Location: Toronto-based (hybrid) Salary: $150,000–$180,000 CAD About the role A fast-growing field service ERP business, built on Microsoft Dynamics and serving elevator and HVAC contractors across North America, is hiring a Product Lead to own the day-to-day running of their product team. This is a genuine leadership role, not a senior IC title in disguise. You'll manage 4 Product Managers, mature the team's product development process from the ground up, and become the connective layer between product strategy and execution. What you'll be doing • Running weekly 1:1s with each PM — coaching, feedback, career development • Owning and maturing discovery, prioritization, requirements, and delivery processes • Leading the team's use of Aha! and its integration with Azure DevOps • Building out the channels that get customer feedback into the product team properly — not lost in a support ticket somewhere • Tracking delivery across the team and flagging risks before they become problems • Acting as the escalation point for cross-functional issues that span multiple product areas • Partnering with the CPO on hiring, onboarding, and roadmap communications to leadership What you'll need • 5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years owning a product area end-to-end • Experience managing or mentoring other PMs, or strong references showing you're ready to • A track record of building or improving product processes, not just following them someone else built • Comfort in high-ambiguity environments where the process is being built, not inherited • Strong written and verbal communication, you'll represent the team to senior stakeholders • Background in B2B SaaS, vertical software, or the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem Nice to have • Experience with Azure DevOps, or similar toolchains • Scale-up or growth-stage experience where process maturity was part of the job • Familiarity with field service, construction, or trades software Click apply and I will get in touch
