Labour Associate (3 to 6 Years of Experience)

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Lawyer to join our Labour Department. The successful candidate will have three to six years of demonstrated experience advising unions and/or employees on a broad range of labour relations and employment matters. The ideal candidate will: • Possess excellent drafting and organizational skills; • Have experience with union certification, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, employment standards, human rights and occupational health and safety; • Advocacy experience representing clients before labour tribunals and arbitrators; • Work well in a highly collaborative and professional team setting; and • Have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
