Director, Financial Transactions at CDEV

CDEV seeks a Director of Financial Transactions to lead execution and advisory efforts from its Toronto or Ottawa offices. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic financial management. As a vital member of the Execution and Advisory team, you will report to a Senior Director and engage with stakeholders to manage key projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing transaction teams, performing critical financial analyses, and presenting insights to senior management.
