With extensive travel across Northern and Eastern Ontario, your guidance will be crucial in aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stores for tailored HR and labor relations solutions
• Manage grievance processes and support dispute resolutions
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning
• Collaborate with Health & Safety teams for compliance
• Support the delivery of HR training programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in a unionized retail environment
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
