Electrical Engineer Development Role IAMGOLD

Embark on a hands-on journey as an Electrical Engineer-in-Training with IAMGOLD. This role focuses on critical electrical systems supporting mill operations while promoting safety and continuous improvement. IAMGOLD is seeking two Electrical Engineers-in-Training to gain vital experience. This structured development position integrates collaboration with operations, maintenance, and process control teams. You will work on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and project support, contributing directly to improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: • Support preventive maintenance for electrical systems • Assist in electrical design reviews and commissioning • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues • Contribute to PLC and SCADA support • Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Eligibility for P.
