Job Overview:
We are seeking Junior to Intermediate Electrical Engineers to support major nuclear projects for OPG and BP.
Successful candidates will support engineering, design, modification, and project execution activities across refurbishment, sustaining, and new build nuclear initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support electrical engineering design and analysis activities for nuclear and power generation projects
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical specifications, drawings, and reports
• Assist with design modifications, system upgrades, and station support activities
• Participate in project planning, coordination, execution, and closeout activities
• Support engineering change control (ECC) and configuration management processes
• Interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, vendors, and clients
• Support field walkdowns, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing activities when required
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable nuclear codes, standards, procedures, and quality requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–8 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
• Experience within nuclear, utilities, energy, industrial, infrastructure, or regulated industries is considered an asset
• Familiarity with design engineering, project engineering, or system engineering activities
• Knowledge of nuclear engineering processes, engineering change control (ECC), or station modifications is considered an asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• P.Eng designation or eligibility to obtain is considered an asse
Preferred Experience:
• Ontario nuclear experience
• Experience supporting OPG or Bruce Power projects
• Exposure to electrical systems within industrial or utility environments
• Knowledge of CSA, IEEE, and nuclear quality standards
• Experience with design documentation, calculations, and technical reviews
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
