This senior leadership role emphasizes strategic alignment with talent priorities, alongside collaboration with VP and C-suite leaders. Key functions include leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and guiding complex employee relations, with a focus on developing a diverse and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead people strategy for Engineering and Product teams
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning
• Advise on organizational design and decision-making
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance
• Build an inclusive culture through leadership coaching Requirements:
• Extensive HRBP experience in Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge of global employment laws
• Proven organizational design expertise
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
