Apply your legal expertise as a Legal Counsel in the Litigation and Enforcement team at FSRA. You'll focus on litigation, enforcement, and legal strategy within Ontario's financial services framework.In this role, you will engage in all facets of litigation related to regulatory matters, ensuring FSRA's compliance with high standards of market conduct. You will manage cases, perform legal research, and draft essential documentation while working closely with various internal teams to mitigate enforcement risks.
