Job ID: 26-13217 Job Title: Business Analyst (FHIR / Healthcare Data Integration) Location: Toronto, ON (ONSITE) Duration: 9+ Months Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $40-$45 per hour Job Description Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in FHIR standards, healthcare data integration, Agile methodology, and Azure DevOps. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements for enterprise digital projects. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements. • Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and source-to-target mapping documents. • Work closely with technical teams to clarify and validate data requirements. • Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps and manage backlog items. • Conduct data analysis using SQL, Databricks, JSON, and Postman. • Support FHIR resource modeling, FHIR APIs, and healthcare data transformation. • Participate in stakeholder meetings, JAD sessions, workshops, and requirement gathering activities. • Assist with system integration, testing, API validation, and business process improvements. Must Have Skills: • Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR standards, FHIR APIs, and resource modeling. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps. • Strong experience in SQL, Databricks, Postman, and JSON. • Experience in source-to-target mapping and healthcare data transformation. • Ability to translate business/data requirements into user stories and technical specifications. • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
