Business Analyst / Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities across technology and operations teams
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial, resource, and operational data to support business decisions
• Track project budgets, expenses, invoices, accruals, and cost allocations
• Assist with monthly forecasting cycles and annual budget planning exercises
• Coordinate meetings with business leaders and document action items and follow-ups
• Monitor resource planning, headcount tracking, and organizational changes
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate staffing and cost information
• Support project reporting, KPI tracking, and management updates
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with operational initiatives
• Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives
• Act as a liaison between business, finance, and operational teams to ensure alignment on priorities
Required Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
• Financial services or banking experience
• Experience supporting project delivery or PMO functions
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, or resource management processes
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
