About the Role Reporting to: Head of Data Enablement Type: Contract, Hybrid/Remote (Eastern Timezone) Contract Duration: 3 Months with strong possibility of extension on other projects. Rate: Negotiable, depends on location and experience. This is sub-contract work so the rate has a cap that is lower than direct work. Responsibilities We're seeking a hands-on lead data analyst who will own ongoing data enablement projects and manage stakeholder engagements until project completion. It's a 3 months contract with a strong possibility of extension on other projects. You'll be leading a team of Senior Analytics Engineer and Senior BI Developer to: • Ingest data from multiple sources, transform raw data into reusable data models for downstream consumption. • Build, test, and deploy dbt data models consumed downstream by the Power BI reports. • Develop Power BI dashboards for several stakeholders within an enterprise real estate organization. • Work with modern data tools and cloud platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Azure services. • Ensure data accuracy for operational decision-making, and drive best practices and data governance across all parts of the enterprise data platform.
