Procurement Manager Position in Toronto

As a key member at Maxxit, the Procurement Manager will be responsible for driving procurement strategies centered around the best total cost while ensuring quality and supply chain efficiency. Your extensive experience in manufacturing procurement and strategic sourcing will be crucial for this position. You'll collaborate closely with management to align procurement with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Formulate and execute aligned procurement strategies • Lead sourcing for direct materials and subcontracted services • Develop robust procurement processes and policies • Initiate procurement transformation initiatives • Partner strategically with executive leadership Requirements: • Significant experience in procurement and sourcing • Commercial negotiation expertise • Familiarity with metal fabrication • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations • Ability to work on-site in Toronto 5 days a week Strengthen procurement functions at Maxxit Systems and contribute to operational excellence through strategic initiatives.
