(Must have valid open work authorization in Canada). About The Role We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultants to join our team across various specialized modules. If you have a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end implementations and a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, we want to hear from you! Open Positions & Requirements • Learning & Talent Management Consultant • Experience: 7–8+ years of core Oracle HCM experience. • Implementation: Successfully delivered at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations on Talent Management and Learn modules. • Key Skills: Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) configuration. • Workforce Compensation & Benefits Consultant • Experience: 7–8+ years of specialized experience. • Implementation: 2–3 full-cycle implementations on Workforce Compensation and Benefits. • Preference: Prior experience with Canadian Public Sector clients is highly preferred. • Absence Management & Benefits Consultant • Experience: 7–8+ years of specialized experience. • Implementation: 2–3 full-cycle implementations on Absence Management and Benefits modules. • Preference: Prior Canadian market/localization exposure is highly preferred. • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Consultant — Techno-Functional • Experience: 7–8+ years of techno-functional experience. • Implementation: 2–3 full-cycle implementations focusing on Time & Labor. • Key Skills: Deep expertise in writing and modifying Fast Formulas (FF), time entry processing, and validation rules. • Payroll Consultant — Techno-Functional • Experience: 7–8+ years of techno-functional experience. • Implementation: 2–3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Payroll. • Key Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Fast Formulas (FF), payroll balances, elements, and calculations. • Preference: Prior Canadian Public Sector payroll exposure is highly preferred. • HCM Technical Lead / Developer • Experience: 7–8+ years of pure technical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Implementation: 2–3 full-cycle implementations acting as a technical lead/developer. • Key Skills: Advanced, hands-on expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader), HCM Extracts, BIP (BI Publisher), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). Core Qualifications (All Positions) • Minimum 6 months of active engagement in your specialized module recently. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to map business requirements to Oracle Cloud standard functionality and design robust workarounds where necessary.
