Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at a busy convenience store. Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a courteous manner
• Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and refunds
• Manage merchandise merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are attractive
• Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and store sales
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
• Use organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Apply basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or over the phone
• Support team efforts through effective communication and collaboration
• Should be able to work in flexible shifts including Night Shifts
Experience
• Previous experience in Convenience Stores, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and basic math enhances performance in this role
• Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success
