Bilingual French/English Contact Centre Manager Remote within Canada 70-75K Temp to Perm Our client, a global leader in creating exceptional customer experiences, is seeking a fluently Bilingual Contact Centre Manager to join their expanding team in Canada. If you are fluently bilingual in French and English and reside within Canada, possess a minimum of 3 years call/contact centre leadership experience as well as exceptional communication skills, this exciting opportunity could be a great fit for you! Requirements: • 3+ years proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar managerial position • Proven experience and knowledge in operations and customer-focused support • Leadership and management skills with the desire to coach, train, mentor and build skillsets to enhance business output and capabilities • Positive and proactive by nature offering ongoing support and encouragement to customer service teams to develop and maintain quality in all aspects of work • Experience in business and technology management • Critical thinker, strong motivator and clear communicator with superior written and verbal skills • Exceptional complex problem-solver with effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Multi-tasker who is detail and deadline oriented and data-driven with an analytical mindset • Professional and efficient in managing and optimizing workflow in a high-pressure environment • Computer knowledge including advanced Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience with NiCE, and Freshdesk software an asset • Proficiently bilingual, spoken and written - English/French Please submit resumes to: lmilligan@deangroup.ca #DGT2
