RESPONSAB • ILITÉS:Agir à titre de partenaire d’affaires financier auprès des équipes opérationnelles et des différentes fonctions de l’entr • eprise.Participer aux processus de planification financière, incluant le budget annuel, les prévisions et la planification strat • égique.Analyser les écarts entre les résultats réels, le budget et les prévisions, et formuler des recommandations visant l’amélioration de la perfo • rmance.Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la prise de décision grâce à des analyses financières pertinentes et au suivi d’indicateurs de performance • (KPI).Contribuer au processus de clôture financière mensuelle, notamment par la préparation d’analyses, la validation de certaines transactions et la réalisation de quelques écritures comp • tables.Concevoir, développer et améliorer des tableaux de bord et outils d’analyse financière afin de faciliter le suivi de la perfo • rmance.Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue visant l’optimisation des processus financiers et opérati • onnels.Collaborer avec plusieurs équipes (opérations, ventes, approvisionnement, TI, etc.) pour assurer l’alignement financier des initi • atives.Contribuer à des projets liés aux outils de Business Intelligence (BI), notamment le développement et l’amélioration de tableaux de bord et de rapports automatisés afin d’optimiser l’accès aux données et la qualité des an • alyses.Réaliser des analyses financières ad hoc afin de soutenir les projets stratégiques et les initiatives de croi ssance. QUALIFI • CATIONS:Bac en comptabilité ou finance, le titre de CPA est un très fo • rt atout3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en analyse financière, FP&A ou une combinaison d'une experience en cabinet d'audit et stage ou analyste • FP&ASolides compétences en analyse financière, modélisation et interprétation de • données.Expérience avec les processus de planification financière, incluant la budgétisation, les prévisions et l’analyse des • écarts.Expérience avec des outils de Business Intelligence (BI) et des tableaux de bord de performance (ex. RESP • ONSIBILITIES:Act as a dedicated financial business partner to operational teams and various busine • ss functions.Participate in financial planning processes, including the annual budget, forecasting, and strate • gic planning.Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, and formulate actionable recommendations to improve • performance.Support managers in decision-making through relevant financial analysis and key performance indicator (K • PI) tracking.Contribute to the monthly financial closing process, notably by preparing analyses, validating specific transactions, and making occasional jou • rnal entries.Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and financial analysis tools to streamline performa • nce tracking.Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing financial and operation • al processes.Collaborate with multiple departments (operations, sales, procurement, IT, etc.) to ensure the financial alignment of business • initiatives.Contribute to Business Intelligence (BI) tool projects, including the development and enhancement of automated dashboards and reports to optimize data access and anal • ysis quality.Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic projects and growth initiatives.QU • ALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a CPA designation is a very • strong asset.Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or financial business partnering or a combined experience audit firm and • FP&A exp.Technical Skills: Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation.
