Job ID: 26-17281 Job Title: Sr. Project Manager/Leader Location: Toronto, ON (ONSITE) Duration: 8+ Months Client: Public Sector Job Description Must Have: • Experience authoring and obtaining approvals for Treasury Board (TB) Submissions. • Experience managing large-scale Public Sector IT projects. • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and multi-year budget tracking experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end IT projects, including governance, review boards, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. • Create, negotiate, and manage Licensing Agreements and IT Software Statements of Work (SOWs). • Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and delivery. • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and governance documentation. • Coordinate vendors, monitor KPIs, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Conduct business analysis and support enterprise architecture initiatives. Required Skills: • PMBOK-based project management knowledge. • Experience with Agile/Scrum and IT technology deployments. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. • Experience with Treasury Board/SPP submissions and Ontario Government governance processes.
