Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned bank customers
• Conduct executive strategic reviews focusing on outcomes and ROI
• Drive high CSAT and NPS through proactive engagement
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Provide product consultation to maximize business value
Requirements:
• 7–12 years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience with large banks and financial services clients
• Strong understanding of digital banking and AI platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with multi-stakeholder engagement experience
