# Vice President (non-executive) - Product Manager – Core Receivables - Transaction Banking Product, TD Securities ## Company: The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) ## A concise introduction from TD Securities Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hours: 37.5. Pay Details: $120,000 - $160,000 CAD. This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. TD Securities is a global wholesale bank operating across 15 offices and delivering integrated financial solutions through Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), and Global Markets (GM). GTB is a growth area focused on cash management, payments, trade and treasury advisory for Corporates, Financial Institutions and Government clients. We are continuing a multi-year digital transformation and expansion of our Commercial and Corporate Transaction Banking product suite to position TD as a leading North American multi-currency treasury provider. ## What this role looks like day-to-day Reporting to the Director, Payments Product Management, you will be a Product Manager with possible involvement across vision/strategy, concept/design, launch/commercialization, and marketing initiatives for Transaction Banking. You will own product-level roadmaps and work with a broad group of stakeholders including Business Line Product Leads, Technology, Change Delivery, Legal, and other TD teams to support prioritization and delivery. You will act as the voice of the client throughout the product delivery lifecycle to expand and enhance our suite of payables and receivables products, features and functionality. You will have Agile Product Owner/Product Manager accountabilities and a firm grasp of Agile concepts and execution: product vision, roadmap, story map, user personas, user stories, backlog prioritization, and user flows. Staying current with Canadian, US and International payments markets, Fintechs, partners/vendors and FIs is expected. Gathering and analyzing market research, client feedback and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities is part of the role. - Own product collateral, forms, agreements, user guides, and training materials as applicable for clients and internal staff. - Translate and articulate requirements between business, operations, compliance, risk and technology to deliver business requirements, features, epics and user stories. - Deliver complex product features and functionality to market on time and on budget. ## Experience, education and technical domain knowledge we expect The role requires a Degree or 5 years of relevant product management experience in payments/transaction banking. We seek an experienced payments product specialist with strong knowledge of the Canadian, US and International payments market including ISO20022, Swift, EFT/ACSS/ACH, Lynx, Interac, Interac Bulk, Payments Canada RTR, EDI, and other emerging payment trends. You must understand compliance and regulatory requirements for the relevant markets and work with internal partners to ensure products meet evolving regulatory, compliance, legal, and internal policy requirements. Strong storytelling, leadership, influencing and communication skills are important, as is the ability to consult with clients and Transaction Banking partners about service preferences and client requested enhancements.
