Role Overview
As an Account Manager - Key Insurance Accounts this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi’s business in two F500 Named accounts in the Insurance industry.
The Account Manager - Key Insurance Accounts at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top-line and bottom-line performance of the Accounts.

Base Qualifications
• 8+ years of enterprise services sales experience, leveraging a consultative, value-based selling approach to drive complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• 5+ years managing and expanding Fortune 500 accounts, with a consistent track record of revenue growth and executive relationship development.
• 5+ years within Insurance, with deep knowledge of industry trends, regulatory landscape, and digital transformation priorities.
• Proven experience selling and managing Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic, multi-year account growth plans, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Ability to own and grow multiple insurance accounts simultaneously, balancing strategic expansion with delivery excellence.
• Strong C-suite and senior stakeholder engagement skills, with executive presence and trusted advisor credibility.
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle, including MSAs, SoWs, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into measurable outcomes through consultative, solution-based services sales.
• Experience working within or alongside a top-tier consulting or professional services firm, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across global Enablement and Delivery teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — capable of running accounts as a business, aligning revenue growth, delivery strategy, talent planning, and multi-geo coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
