In-House General Counsel at ExaCare AI

ExaCare AI seeks its first In-House General Counsel to shape our legal operations and build effective systems from the ground up. This pivotal role will help us move swiftly, close deals effectively, and maintain compliance. As a high-agency builder, you’ll play a critical role in defining the legal function. With 5+ years in corporate law, you’ll oversee vendor agreements and internal contracting while collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Leadership. The goal is to streamline processes while ensuring our legal framework supports our growth. Key Responsibilities: • Build the legal function from scratch with templates and playbooks • Oversee compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations • Manage commercial contracting, including MSAs and DPAs • Partner with Product to align legal support with AI development • Monitor regulations and provide actionable legal guidance Requirements: • 5+ years corporate law experience with in-house exposure • Strong background in drafting commercial agreements • Solutions-oriented with a business-first mindset • Ability to work autonomously across teams • Excellent communication and judgment skills Be the dedicated legal partner that drives ExaCare AI’s success while enjoying a collaborative and dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
