As a vital member of eBay’s Design organization, you will employ mixed methods in user research to influence product improvements. You'll partner with Design, Business, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams, ensuring user-centered insights drive UX strategies. Your storytelling skills will convey research findings clearly and inspire action across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end user research projects across product development
• Interact with diverse teams to drive UX strategy and initiatives
• Communicate research insights using engaging storytelling techniques
• Monitor and assess the impact of insights on design decisions
• Contribute to the growth of eBay's UX Research practice
Requirements:
• 2-4+ years in qualitative and quantitative research
• M.A., M.S., or PhD in relevant human behavior fields
• Expert knowledge of UX research tools and methods
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Experience with global cross-functional teams preferred
