Lead-to-Cash Transformation Manager at our client, owning strategic and operational program management for lead to cash initiatives across the sales organization. Drives transformation across lead/opportunity/quote management, pricing, sales ops, service delivery, financial management, partner ops, and systems enablement. Heavy Agile/SAFe focus—participates in large-scale PI planning , facilitates Core Team meetings, ensures agile standards are followed. Develops program plans (scope/schedule/budget), manages risks/dependencies, and drives cross-functional accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery. Primary point of contact for stakeholders up to VP+, partnering with tech program directors, SMEs, product, and change management teams. Uses data insights to shape execution strategy, build business cases, identify root causes, and recommend process/policy improvements. 10+ years of complex project management (technical implementations, process innovation), with deep Lead-to-Cash domain expertise. Strong JIRA/Confluence skills, excellent communication/influence in ambiguity; office-flexible (2+ days/week in Toranto, Canada).
