Job Title: Senior Product Owner – IAM/CIAM Location: Ontario, Canada (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Contract Please share the resumes with me at pranay@burgeonits.com Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience to lead the delivery of secure, customer-facing digital identity solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IAM capabilities, Agile product delivery, and stakeholder management in large enterprise environments. Required Skills • 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience delivering digital products • 2+ years of hands-on IAM/CIAM experience in large enterprises • Strong knowledge of: • User Registration & Onboarding • Authentication & Authorization • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • Single Sign-On (SSO) • Federation (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) • Identity Proofing • Native Mobile App Login • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization • Agile/Scrum delivery experience (CSPO or SAFe certification is a plus) • Experience writing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria • Strong understanding of security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility requirements • Experience collaborating with Architects, Engineering, Security, and Business teams • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to define and track KPIs and use data to improve customer login and authentication experiences
