We're Hiring: Manager, Customer Segments (Partnerships) – Retail Banking
One of our top banking clients is looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Manager, Customer Segments (Partnerships) to lead growth initiatives focused on youth, student, and emerging customer segments.
Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays, Thursdays & Alternate Fridays)
Duration: 24 Months (Extension & FTE conversion potential)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Pay Rate: $50 per hour on INC.
About the Role:
You will lead the development and execution of high-impact partnerships with post-secondary institutions, student associations, international student offices, youth organizations, and strategic ecosystem partners.
You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term value by creating innovative partnership strategies across campus and non-campus channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, student groups & youth organizations
Develop acquisition and engagement programs for student and youth segments
Lead sponsorships, co-branded initiatives, and scalable partnership programs
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance & Branch teams
Identify growth opportunities through new channels and partnerships
Analyze customer insights and performance data to optimize strategies
Develop business cases, partnership proposals, and strategic recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, consulting, business development, or customer growth
Proven experience building external partnerships that deliver measurable results
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience with youth, student, newcomer segments, or financial services is highly preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
