<p class="isSelectedEnd"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We're looking for an <strong>Inside Sales Lead </strong> to lead and scale our inbound sales organization across Latin America. In this role, you'll own revenue performance, pipeline conversion, and team execution, leading a high-performing team of Inside Sales Managers responsible for turning inbound demand into predictable, scalable revenue.</span></p>

You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics & Planning, and Operations to improve lead conversion, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Inside Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance, accountable sales culture.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets while driving consistent pipeline conversion and sales performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure rapid response to inbound leads and optimize speed-to-first-transaction.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular deal reviews and coaching sessions to improve qualification, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and optimize sales funnel performance, improving lead response times, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the sales forecasting cadence, providing accurate pipeline visibility and performance reporting.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze conversion metrics, pipeline health, and sales performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Marketing, Analytics & Planning, and Operations teams to improve lead quality, sales processes, and revenue outcomes.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Who you are</span></h3>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2–4+ years of experience managing inbound or inside sales teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing sales organizations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve business performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong operational mindset with experience managing sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline health.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to execute in fast-paced, high-growth environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>
