About this role
• The Project Manager role is an individual contributor role that influences the success of our enterprise project rollouts from scoping to implementation to go live
• In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed following agreed upon requirements, timeline within budget
• You will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, track progress and inform your stakeholders of the progress or the project
• Assist enterprise customers through successful implementations
• Travel to customer sites for on-site MaintainX implementation engagements
• Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members
