We are looking for a candidate with four or more years as a Business Systems Analyst. You will work closely with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements to support Salesforce FSC implementations and optimizations. Your strong analytical skills will be key in facilitating user adoption and enhancing operational efficiency through various methodologies.
Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business and functional requirements • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows • Support Salesforce FSC implementations and process enhancements • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking • Collaborate with business stakeholders and QA teams
Requirements: • 4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud • Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira • Excellent analytical and communication skills
