The Ontario Securities Commission seeks a Legal Counsel II to enhance regulatory frameworks for Ontario’s capital markets within the Corporate Finance Department. With at least five years of experience, your role will involve interaction with market participants and collaboration with various OSC divisions, allowing you to influence the evolving landscape of securities regulation.
