We’re seeking an Integrated Producer / Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience supporting the development and execution of marketing engagements that span multiple disciplinary workstreams, including design (print and digital), video, strategy and web. As an Integrated Producer / Project Manager, you will organize our clients and our internal teams from concept to delivery — creating calm out of chaos and enabling superior outcomes. Responsibilities • Write creative briefs and production tasks • Scope client requests and create estimates • Develop, oversee and update timelines and work back schedules • Ensure internal processes are followed • Provide administrative support to the Studio and Creative Directors, including filing materials, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and more • Conduct research and gather data, as needed, to support production • Prepare client meeting materials (agendas, briefs, etc.) and write up meeting notes, decisions and action items • Coordinate across teams to remove creative roadblocks and ensure the project flow is meeting timelines and client expectations • Oversee and manage project budgets, including liaising with internal finance teams • Flag problematic client requests or production issues and recommend solutions • Quickly switch between different projects and priorities as required Requirements • 3-5 years of agency experience as a producer or project manager. Candidates with production experience will also be considered (e.g., designers, writers, etc.) • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • Deep knowledge of the creative production process and experience working with cross-functional creative teams (design, content, video and digital) • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex inputs, feedback, content or requirements into actionable tasks • Availability to work business hours in Eastern Standard Time and access to a quiet, modern work environment with a stable Internet connection • Superior skills in MS 365/Sharepoint and Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Notion Additional Information: Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 Vacancy: This job posting is for a current open position at Dog and Pony Studios.
