Supply Chain Manager at Micromart

Micromart seeks a Supply Chain Lead to manage all aspects of supply chain operations for proprietary hardware. The ideal candidate excels in asset logistics, global supplier relations, and strategic planning, thriving in a fast-paced IoT setting. This in-office role includes occasional local travel within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Sales to update demand forecasts • Collaborate with suppliers to align on production timelines • Optimize Bill of Materials costs and cash flow • Conduct quality assurance for incoming components • Manage the logistics of hardware distribution Requirements: • 5+ years in hardware supply chain management • Proven skills in demand forecasting and budget planning • Technical literacy for Bill of Materials and engineering changes • Experience with ERP systems and project planning tools • Strong negotiation skills with global vendors Drive supply chain excellence at Micromart while optimizing processes, relationships, and inventory management.
