About this role
We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support a portfolio of franchise locations across Ontario. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you’ll drive growth, improve profitability, and inspire franchise partners to achieve their business goals.
This role is ideal for a multi-unit operator who thrives in the field, can coach and motivate teams, and knows how to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and coach franchise operators to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure operational standards, brand consistency, and campaign execution
• Find solutions and get partners energized to grow top and bottom line revenue through great customer experiences
• Use KPIs and performance reviews to identify opportunities and drive improvement
• Open new locations on time and on budget
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across the network
• Travel frequently in Ontario + monthly trips out-of-province
What You Bring • 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership (franchise/retail preferred)
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and bottom-line results
• Confident communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder
• Data-driven, strategic, and hands-on leader
• Valid drivers licence + flexibility to travel
