Role: Change Management Manager – Affinity H&D Transformation
Location: Toronto ON(3 Days Onsite/Week)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to lead the people, process, and adoption aspects of the Affinity H&D transformation program. This role will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and end users to ensure seamless delivery of front-to-back user experiences, sustainable change adoption, and measurable business outcomes
.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management rigor, change leadership, and strong problem solving, with the ability to operate across strategy and execution
