Hiring Senior Business Analyst BPM (Appian) in Toronto, ON

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst –BPM (Appian)* Location: Toronto, ON Duration: 06-12 Months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian low-code platform to drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient process automation, solution design, and delivery of scalable Appian applications. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement. • Strong expertise in BPM and process optimization. • Hands-on experience with the Appian platform, including Appian Process Modeler, Records, Interfaces (SAIL), and Reports. • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Experience with integration objects (REST/SOAP APIs). • Knowledge of decision rules and expression rules in Appian. • Familiarity with compliance and audit documentation. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and re-engineering. • Work closely with Appian developers to design and deliver solutions. • Participate in Agile/Scrum teams as a BA or Product Owner proxy.
