Provide strategic oversight, workflow planning, and process improvement initiatives to support operational excellenc

Your responsibiliti es:Plan, assign, and prioritize workload for LSS Specialists, Coordinators, and Lead Han ds.Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to operational standards and deadlin es.Conduct regular team meetings to review operational performance, resolve issues, and communicate prioriti es.Coordinate cross-functional activities between Material Control, Maintenance, Procurement, and Repair & Overhaul departmen ts.Ensure timely processing of parts requests, tracking, shipping, and inventory updat es.Oversee urgent (AOG) situations, approving critical escalations and ensuring rapid resoluti on.Develop, maintain, and improve logistic support processes and reporting syste ms.Monitor compliance with Dangerous Goods, WHMIS, and other regulatory requiremen ts.Identify areas for process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency gai ns.Prepare management reports and metrics to support operational decision-making and executive updat

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Succ ess:Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is required; Receiving Inspector and/or Dangerous Goods (DG) Specialist certification is prefer red.Valid Dangerous Goods and WHMIS certification is required; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or a Supply Chain professional designation is prefer red.A minimum of five years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or aviation maintenance support is requi red.Proven leadership and team management capabilities in an operational environm ent.Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under operational press ure.Strong strategic planning and resource allocation ski lls.Effective communication and stakeholder management ski lls.Proven experience in process improvement and problem-solv
