On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Operational Support, PayPlan for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Manager, Operational Support, PayPlan - Job Description:
This role involves providing operational support for the PayPlan department, a point of sale financing solution developed by the bank. The candidate will handle various operational tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with procedures, while no two days will look the same.
Manager, Operational Support, PayPlan - Responsibilities:
• Execute routine supplier-related administrative and operational tasks as assigned
• Manage and triage incoming support tickets, prioritizing by severity and business impact
• Monitor and maintain COB control procedures and compliance requirements
• Identify, assess, and triage exception files; escalate issues as needed
• Perform general ledger reconciliation activities for virtual card accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Execute ad-hoc operational tasks for virtual card management
• Conduct user acceptance testing for new merchant onboarding functionality; document findings and defects
Manager, Operational Support, PayPlan - Mandatory Skills:
• Previous Operations experience
• Experience handling customer issues/complaints
• Basic Microsoft suite skills
• Experience/comfort with Jira or other project management tools is a bonus
• English – fully proficient
Manager, Operational Support, PayPlan – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial services experience
• FinTech experience
• UAT testing experience
• Bilingual in French
Manager, Operational Support, PayPlan – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
