Pipeline Opportunity – Northern Ontario (Future Openings) We are proactively building a pipeline of interested candidates for future opportunities in our Northern Ontario locations, including Kenora, Fort Frances, Dryden, Thunder Bay, Wawa, Red Lake, Marathon, Terrace Bay, and Sault Ste. Marie. Please note that we are not currently hiring for these locations. However, we encourage you to apply if you are interested in potential future roles. What you'll do Installation of Rogers Xfinity products and services including Internet, Home phone, TV/streaming Servicing and maintaining products with in-home support for customers by educating them on the best Rogers has to offer Diagnose, repair and build all components of an outside coaxial/fiber optic network Operate test equipment related to the maintenance of 2-way coaxial and fiber systems including system analyzers, field strength meters, TDR and locators Maintain accurate system records and support documentation regarding all work orders Work with various internal departments to collaborate and resolve complex, customer-impacting issues in an effective and timely manner Various other duties as required What you bring A valid full class-5 driver’s license Demonstrates behaviors, which support the Key Success Factors: Accountability, Adaptability & Customer 1st.
