About this role
Advance HR and labour relations as a dedicated Specialist in a hybrid setup. You'll provide expert consultation on compliance, investigations, and effective workplace strategies while fostering a fair and balanced environment.
In this role, you will report to the HR Manager and consult on various HR and labour relations matters. Leading workplace investigations in accordance with legislative standards, you will make strategic recommendations aimed at resolving issues while minimizing risks. Additionally, you will coordinate crisis responses tailored to specific locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR workplace investigations in compliance
• Recommend strategic resolutions for disputes
• Collaborate on regional crisis responses
• Liaise on legislative and collective agreement requirements
• Promote HR behaviour best practices
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of HR experience in CPG
• Education in Human Resources Management or Labour Relations
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong capability for problem-solving
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
