Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and effective utilization for sales forecasting and reporting. Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories, quotas, and compensation plans. Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team. Manage the sales support function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and customer inquiries. Develop and deliver training programs on sales processes, tools, and best practices for the sales team. Streamline the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, identifying and removing bottlenecks. Work closely with marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and key metrics for senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics. Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. Fluency in both English and French is highly desirable.
