In this key role within the Apotex People team, you'll partner with site leaders to address HR operations efficiently. Your focus will be on recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. Strong relationship-building on the shop floor is vital to foster trust and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR guidance for multiple client groups
• Support leaders with performance management and attendance issues
• Manage fair and compliant workforce investigations
• Collaborate on talent needs and workforce planning
• Implement HR programs for employee engagement and communications
Requirements:
• HR university degree required; CHRP preferred
• Minimum 7 years' HR experience in manufacturing
• Deep understanding of employment legislation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong coaching and communication skills
