The team focuses on strengthening overall cyber posture, securing access, and aligning security with business needs. Role reports to: Reason the role is open: New project focused on modernizing and optimizing security policies and completing integration between Palo Alto and Entra ID What project will this contractor be working on? The contractor will support a security transformation project including: • Modernizing Palo Alto firewall policies • Implementing identity-based rules and least privilege access • Integrating Palo Alto technologies with Entra ID • Supporting early-phase (Phase 1) rollout of the initiative • Partnering with internal teams and a BA to execute technical delivery Team Size? 8 Selling points of the positions: High-impact security transformation project (Zero Trust / identity-based security) Hands-on work with leading technologies (Palo Alto + Entra ID integration) Opportunity to shape policy modernization from early phase Senior-level autonomy and technical ownership Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst with strong expertise in network security and identity integration. This role will focus on designing and implementing security solutions leveraging Palo Alto technologies and Entra ID. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize Palo Alto security policies and infrastructure • Integrate Palo Alto solutions with Entra ID for identity-based access controls • Support Zero Trust and least privilege security initiatives • Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for security platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BA resources • Document security processes, policies, and architecture Must Have Requirement: 7–10+ years of experience in Information Security / Network Security 5-7 years of experience with Palo Alto Networks, including Sase and Zero Trust Implementations Familiarity with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) Strong experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) Proven experience integrating identity platforms with network security tools Experience designing identity-based security policies Nice to Have: Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) Automation/scripting experience Security certifications (nice but not required) Banking experience working in a large enterprise Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams Problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to work in early-phase, evolving environments Mentorship and knowledge-sharing mindset NOTE Close on June 19th at 1:30pm.
