As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

• Play leadership role in our SAP SuccessFactors practice through leading client sales pursuits, business development, practiceoperationsand project delivery.
• Advise clients on Human Experience Management transformation opportunities from both a business and technology lens
• Work closely with SAP on business development initiatives and joint pursuits.
• Work closely with HR Transformation (HR operating model, business case design, business process design) practitioners on integrated solution offerings.
• Lead multi-faceted programs to implement SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions. Lead and oversee parallel workstreams (functional, technical, reporting, organizational change, training, reporting,etc) through implementation programs. Familiarity with the SAP Activate and Agilemethodologyis beneficial.
• Lead client,PwCand technology partner teams to plan, manage and deliver high quality engagements
• Establish credibility with our clients bydemonstratingexpertiseand knowledge of SAP technologies.
• Lead and mentor junior PwC personnel through project lifecycle and career mentoring.

• Strong experience in leading sales pursuits including setting up and managing pursuit teams, creating value propositions, and leading sales presentations to prospective clients
• Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients
• Experience leading at least 5 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations with proven success at managing teams, ensuring quality, on budget and on schedule delivery
• A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect toSAP'son premise and cloud technology solutions. Experience with the new SAP cloud solutions, such asQualtricswill be strongly desirable
• Strong desirefor continued growth and learning. An interest in deepening your business acumen, technical knowledge, particularly with SAP's newer cloud technologies
• Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes andexpertiseworking in different industries
• Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module (Associate or Professional) is preferred
• When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French isrequired. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
• This position may require travel from 10% to 50%
Thisposition ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range forPwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary isdeterminedby your skills, experience,qualificationsand work location.In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
