Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Vancouver, BC Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders. • Analyze and document business, functional, and system requirements. • Support digital transformation, modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives. • Work with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments to identify business needs and operational challenges. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions. • Develop business cases, process flows, and gap analyses. • Support regulatory, compliance, and governance-driven initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. • Assist with testing, implementation, and change management activities. • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications • Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. • Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives. • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements. • Experience leading stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. • Strong documentation and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
