Key Responsibilities:
Partner with executives to provide strategic HR guidance
Develop and improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures
Oversee core HR functions including recruitment and talent acquisition
Manage employee relations and performance management systems
Stay updated on HR trends and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience
CPHR designation or working toward it considered an asset
Robust business acumen and communication skills
Proven ability to influence and navigate complex people matters
