Senior Associate / Vice President – Infrastructure Investments We are currently working with a leading global investment organisation seeking to add an experienced investment professional to its Infrastructure Investments team. This is an opportunity to join a highly active investment platform focused on deploying capital across a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets globally, including digital infrastructure, energy, utilities, transportation, and related sectors. Key Responsibilities • :Evaluate and execute direct infrastructure investment opportunities across international market • sLead financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and investment committee material • sSupport transaction execution, negotiations, and deal structurin • gMonitor existing portfolio companies and work closely with management teams on value creation initiative • sConduct sector research and identify emerging investment themes and opportunitie • sCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycl e Requirement • s:7–15 years of experience within infrastructure investing, private equity, principal investing, infrastructure funds, pension funds, sovereign-related investors, or investment banki • ngStrong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution capabiliti • esDemonstrated experience assessing and executing complex investment opportuniti • esExcellent commercial judgement and analytical skil • lsStrong communication and stakeholder management abiliti • esInternational investment exposure is highly desirab leThis role offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most sophisticated infrastructure transactions globally within a high-performing investment tea m.
